1. Who we are

easyrent.house ("easyrent") is a real-estate marketplace operating in Costa Rica that publishes property listings for rent and sale and connects interested parties with the agent or owner responsible for each listing. Contact: fabian@easyrent.house · WhatsApp +506 6025-3290.

2. Nature of the service

easyrent acts as an intermediary platform. Listing information (prices, measurements, availability, photos) is provided by the responsible agent or owner. While we verify listings before publishing, information is offered for reference and does not constitute a contractual offer. Always verify the property's registry documentation before signing any contract or delivering money.

3. Use of the site

• You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information in inquiries.
• Automated scraping, republication of listings, or misuse of contact channels is not permitted.
• We may modify, suspend, or remove listings and features at any time.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are set by owners/agents and may change or become unavailable without prior notice. The applicable conditions are those agreed directly with the responsible agent or owner at the time of contracting.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its brand, design, and content (except listing material owned by their respective owners) belong to easyrent and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Costa Rican law, easyrent is not a party to rental or purchase agreements concluded between users and owners/agents and is not liable for breaches between those parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica.
